Facelifts

Exterior facelift on an older West Kelowna home, completed with our friends at Wicked Exteriors. The house got all new siding in a deep blue, crisp white trim, updated railings, and a bold red front door that completely changed the street appeal and gave the home a much more modern, welcoming look.

The exterior upgrade didn’t just improve appearance—new siding, trim, and details also help with durability, weather protection, and long-term low maintenance for the owners.

Out back, we tackled the pool area—which, honestly, might have been a contender for worst pool in West Kelowna before we started. The concrete deck was cleaned up and refinished, safety and fencing were improved, and the whole space was brightened up to feel more like a proper backyard hangout instead of an abandoned motel pool. The result is a refreshed property front and back, ready for many more Okanagan summers.

This project was a full main-floor refresh that completely transformed a dated space into a bright, modern home. We updated the kitchen with freshly painted cabinets, new countertops, upgraded appliances, and modern lighting, opening the room up and tying it into the living area with clean lines and warm wood floors.

The main bathroom was rebuilt from the tile up, featuring large-format floor tile, classic white subway tile around the tub, updated fixtures, and a refreshed vanity for a clean, spa-like feel.

In the living room we replaced tired finishes with crisp new paint, updated trim, and a streamlined fireplace feature wall, creating a comfortable, light-filled gathering space that feels fresh while still working with the existing layout of the home.
